1. What is LINK3D?

LINK3D specializes in custom 3D printed NFC/RFID devices and related software solutions.

2. What can LINK3D devices be used for?

Our NFC devices are dynamic and can be utilized for a variety of applications including, but not limited to: digital business card, event management devices, promotional products, building access control, loyalty programs, credit system & more.

3. What is a LINK3D profile?

LINK3D Profiles allow you to have all your links in one place, allowing you to share all your information in one tap.

4. Why is my device not working?

Our tags utilize NFC or near-field communication technology & require a smart device to interact with the information on the device. The maximum range of these devices are 1-5 cm.

For iPhone, the sensor is near the top of the phone by the speaker. For Android, the NFC sensor is on the back in the middle of the phone.

5. How do I enable NFC on Android?

Enabling the NFC function on your Android is simple:

Navigate to Settings
Search "NFC"
Enable "NFC"

6. Do I need to download an app or is there a subscription fee?

No! We ship all of our devices either left reprogrammable or with a free LINK3D profile.
